Only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley’s back mountain lift. .

Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides.

Jan 21-24, 2016 Superhero Scrapbook Retreat-Crop

We can’t wait for our Super Hero Retreat/Crop!

Would anyone be interested in getting an extra day of scrapping in and coming up Wednesday? It would be $50 more. We will provide breakfast Thursday morning and you would be responsible for your own lunch and dinner. Wednesday check in would be 6:30. If you don’t choose to add Wednesday the retreat will start at 6:30 Thursday night.

If you are attending this event please send in your deposits. We have had more people say they want to come than the house will hold. Spots are not reserved till we have your deposit.
We have scrapping space for 32 in the main room and the loft area that overlooks will hold 8 to 10. Please let us know if you would be interested in the loft area. The loft area is on the same floor as the kitchen so you wouldn’t have any stairs to deal with.

Deposits & Payments: A $50 deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable. All balances are due 3 weeks prior to event. Payments can be made on the balance at your convenience up until the due date. Due date for final payment is 3 weeks prior to retreat date. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please understand that we cannot ‘hold’ spots for you or your roommates without a deposit. Your registration serves as confirmation that you have read and understand our policies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds & Transfers are permitted 30 days in advance of the event, less the deposit. All cancellations or transfers must be notified in writing to mandmretreats@hotmail.com. Please be sure to include your contact information in your email. You will be contacted & refunded within 3 business days if within the cancellation period. Due to contracted commitments to the rental agency, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event unless I have a waiting list and can fill your spot. There will absolutely be no refunds for no-shows. There are no refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather. In the event of a death of an immediate family member or serious illness, we will allow you to transfer any fees paid (less your deposit) to a future retreat of your choice.
Also, if our minimum attendee requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. If this happens, of course, we will refund back to you any monies paid. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
